its jogging time !
this thing really grows on me. addicted is an understatement.
3 times a week. mostly it sheer determination.
set a target, 3km but i did 3.2km, yeap it only a mere 200m but it a wonderful feelin of ‘damn-the-rule-let-push-it’ i love the feeling of controlling one’s performace & going beyond one’s limit.
joggin is one of human lonely road.. it quite a toture smts. why do i push myself so hard? yet its addictive & i’m hooked. came back from genting & i felt so restless, went jogging despite alittle running nose & i came back feelin recharged & refreshed.*my notti guy have stop jogging and its his suggestions a mth ago “girl let go joggin” i gave him a r-u-out-of-ur-mind-look? me? my bones will break. yet i the one who continue with this regime.
