woah. this topic jumped into my head !
and i decided to blog abt it.
it gotta be a fun write.
fight your war from the inside or outside, i am an inside girl, always have been.
i believe in mind over feeling, mind over mind.
aiya, its easier say den done.
tough but achievable.
i’m not one who sit & wait for things to happen. i jump into action.
of coz, i do give myself time to mend some wounds but
hurt, ouch, whatsnext?
first: talk
share it, with someone – to friends who will listen to you cry, to friends who make you laugh, to friends who love you.
second: listen
for advise, for wise words, for comfort
third: be patience
recongise that you are not a ultra-human and expect yourself to get over it asap. i did this to myself. hello, not only me, others have a expectation of me as well. but, ultimately be patience with yourself.
fourth: spend time with yourself
ah. this is different from the usual advise of surrounding yourself with pple. yes, i agreed with that as well but well, sooner or later, you gotta face the loneliness. might as well get it over and done with.
fifth: divert your attention to someone else/ something else
it might be your family, friends or even yourself ! plan a hols, take up a course, now i sound like dummy-guide-to-get-over-it.
