–          does the hotel provide music?
Answer: we are allow to play our own songs but take note of the copyright issue. 🙂

–          how much is the printing cost for invitation cards ?
Answer from HL: $30 – $40

–          number of complimentary invitation cards
Answer from HL: its abt 200 cards, depending on how many guests we have.

–          what if there are empty tables?
Answer: the hotel will pack the food for us or simply distribute to the tables according.

–          what time does a typically wedding lunch start / ends?
Answer: 12 – 4pm

–          can we bring in our own florists?
Answer: no. Grand Park has their in-house florists.

–          what are the door gifts?
Answer: ohh, i forgot to ask. oh well, we will find out in aug / sept.

–          how many waiters / waitress are there?
Answer: 2 waiters to 3 tables, 1 waiter each to the 2 ‘main’ table

–          can we have the table layout plan?
Answer: no. since the hall is cater for min 22 tables and max 30 tables. Grand Park doesnt have a official floorplan.

–          trial dinner on weekday or weekend?
Answer: anyday. as long as the restaurant is not full house.

–          1 table of vegetarian food
Answer: sure. same price as non-vegetarian.

–          3 – 5 muslim food
Answer: its priced at 63.80+ each.

–          first dish music / song
Answer: designer lights. aka disco effect. we can choose our own music though ! *whew !

–          design and colour of table & chair cover?
Answer: we will selected the theme & colours 1 mth before the wedding.

–          carpark lots for guest
Answer: standard.

–          complimentary parking coupon?
Answer: standard.

–         can we hold our tea ceremony at the hall?
Answer: yes. of coz. in fact, we are given a small function room for our tea ceremony.
