concluded the following:
1) its a bad bad year to look for a flat now. everyone and their dogs has an opinion towards the property market. its better to wait for the COV to drop before getting a flat. i am not being stubborn here..  but the wedding is in Oct, living apart after wedding is not a option for us (and most pple).

2) 3 or 4 room.
yes, pple. we would love a 4 room flat but looking at MY bank acct, i doubt so. the best we could afford is a 3 room flat. mind you, the COV for a 3 room at clementi is abt 25k-30k, plus agent fee 3k+ and reno 10-15k. simple maths equation. 25+3+10 = 38k ! ohh, yes, its $38,000. cash. if you noticed, i havent include the banquet and furniture.

okie.. let’s move on to “others”

few ideas for the wedding:

1) rubber stamp

i got the ”papers” ..  all i need are words. i’m sure no one would be able to read my handwriting & its alot to write. so, rubber stamp !! chop ! chop !

2) name card

with guests name on it.
for example: minying. table 1. thank you for joining us today !

3) mr & mrs chua. ahh, i love this idea.

simply hang ”mr & mrs chua” on our chairs. so cool !
