aargh ~~

the seller changed her mind again !!

our agent called us and like us to meet up with the seller and persuade her.

*groan

okie, we will be there. but i doubt we will do our part in persuade her. leave the talking to our agents. the seller accepted our 5k. according to HDB law, she shld release the flat to us.

i understand she is a old lady, and she is stubborn.. probably the flat means alot to her. but she shouldnt drag everyone along with her.

hai.. the seller shld be glad that pumpkin & i are consider nice. i’m sure there are nasty buyers out there who would immediately take legal action against her.

i’m very tired of this seller. i wont be surprised if she changed her mind again after tonight’s meeting.

i hope we will reach an amicable agreement.
