i went to New Station Beauty Salon (Clementi) last friday to perm my hair.

4.00pm – reach salon 4.05pm – seated 4.10pm – hair perm 8.00pm – end of hair perm

happily walk towards the cashier wanted to thank them for their service. i was told to pay $60. i explained to the lady that mine is a groupon deal. she say $60 for digital perm, the groupon is only normal perm.
me: but no one informed me about the additional $60
lady: i am sure someone inform you!
me to the hair stylist: you didnt tell me there’s a top up !
hair stylist: i tot someone informed you.
lady: look, there’s a “plus 60” beside your name at the appt book.
me: but no one inform me. fine, i pay.

i have wrote a feedback to Groupon informing them of merchant being dishonest in their service. i dont want / need any money back, but either will i visit New Station again.
