8 hours at the hospital, not for me but jie.
6 years ago, her church friend pointed out that her sleepy eyes seems extremely serious and told her to get it check.
KC.
she was diagnosed with an eye condition, short for KC.
she decided to let it be, until a few mths ago, she brave herself and went for another round of check.
this time round, the doc gave her a mth to make a decision.
a decision was made — corneal transplant
surprisingly, corneal transplant is only a day surgery and it seems like a relatively safe and common surgery. but like all operations, minor or major.. its worrisome
my heart broke when i saw her lying on the bed with her right eye all bandage up. i reminded myself to keep the tears back and to be brave for her.
mum, christon and i stayed by her side until the doc released her from the hospital.
*ordered sunflower from Jen. Jen’s friend Elf sew the eye patch for me:)
*decided to cook soup for Jie,glad that she like it.
