i started eating salad for lunch last sept / oct.
i am pleased to announce more & more colleagues are joining me for salad-lunch !
well.. these pple who join me in my salad are those who commented ‘aiyo, so healthy eh / why must eat salad for lunch?’ blah blah blah..
wow ! i am happy for starting a new trend ! hahaha
i used to eat almost everyday but have been cutting down to 2-3 times a week, depending on my mood ! my own achievement? from a 46kg – 47kg to 42kg – 43kg
honestly, it is impossible to lose weight just by eating salad. i also try to walk around in office, stand when i took train (or bus), go for walks lah, stand while i watch tv at home (not throughout the tv program, maybe 50-60% of the time)
no pain, no gain !
