how to be (or remain) happy :
1) be thankful you are alive.. lucky you ! you get to read the rest of the list.
2) eat.. junk food.. did u realise unhealthy food are the best !
3) laugh at yourself .. humor keeps me sane. omg, do I sound depressed?! J
4) look at the stars / sea / cloud.. for unknown reasons, it always make me smile
5) send flowers to someone.. you-are-happy-make-me-happy-theory.
6) 5 mins tok with kj.. he made me laugh. mr wong – are you proud of yourself ?!
7) whine / complain .. make my problem your problem. this is my favourite. hey, its everyone favourite !
8) 7 hrs of slp .. u need this to accomplish point 9
9) be mean to someone.. don’t do this often !
10) groceries shopping for Guy… what’s happier den spending monies & keeping someone happy!
11) torture mr frog.. i love to bend his long arms / legs
12) go for a walk.. clear your head kinda tink.
13) stressball.. never knew whether this is useful. usually i’ll convinced myself my little red ball helps in relieving stress.
14) 2 glasses of water.. ahh.. if u see me drinking away, just let me be. come back in 5mins.
15) hug piglet.. everyone need a hugs.
16) blog.. writing helps.
17) cry.. my all-time favourite ! Guy – get use to it. sorry !
18) do my kncukles tinky. stay.away.
19) put on my ‘plesae-don’t-hurt-me-look’ & Guy will give in to me… Guy, do i really have this look?!
20) bite my nails.. i do this when I’m distracted (readin my book) when i’m restless, when I’m nervous.
