i was late.

felt so bad.. i ran from TPY mrt to HDB hub. pumpkin & his parents are there since 10.10am. i reached abt 10.45am.. our appt is at 10.45am. opps !!

our agent & the seller’s agent are late. -_-

long story short.

our agent was late coz she went to meet the seller’s agent. the seller didnt turn up for the first appt. the seller claimed that she didnt receive HDB letter even though her agent has informed her on sunday..

there’s more.

the seller requested a different corresponding address for all HDB materials. seems like she didnt want her family to noe she’s selling the flat or smt. HDB sent the letter to her corresponding address but she fail to pick up the doc. in any case, she refused to come down to HDB. she apologise and say she’s going msia & wont be available for d rest of the day.

eh???!!!

HDB are informed of this change of event & tried unsuccessfully to contact her. its a SG ring tone. she might be out of town but left her phone at home.. i dunno.

next course of action:
1) wait for a week. the seller’s agent & HDB will called her. and explain to her, she aldy signed & accepted our monies (5k) she HAVE to let go of d flat.
2) 1 week from now, if the seller refuse to sell the flat. we will hv to take legal action against her.

of coz, no one wants to take legal action against her. that’s gotta be super troublesome and it also mean we hv to look for a flat all over again.

oh well.. let’s wait for 7 days and we see how it goes.

good news !

the seller is back in SG and agreed to turn up for the next 1st appt.

all’s well that ends well.
