(1) Ideal Design Interior
– first ID.
– its located at Lavender
– i like them for their pricing and good reviews
– but the guy who service us seems so bored.. we want someone who’s excited abt the our flat !

(2) Contractor
– i like them too
– experienced
– but its way over budget. our budget is 15-20k but the quotation came up to be 30k !

(3) Baroque
– i like them too !
– willing to meet us outside. meaning, tiong bahru instead of joo kiat !
– good review / affortable pricing
– experienced
– 2nd appt in july ! bringing them to view the flat
– yup, they got our votes ! 🙂
